The Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger from Purple Heat Exchangers is engineered for efficient heat transfer between liquid-liquid, steam-liquid, or gas-liquid mediums using continuous spiral flow channels. Constructed from steel plates wound into a compact spiral structure, the design enables a true counter-current flow pattern, significantly improving thermal exchange rates while minimising resistance. This system is ideal for handling high-viscosity fluids, particulate-laden media, or small temperature differentials, making it suitable for chemical, food, textile, metallurgy, solvent recovery, and waste heat recovery applications.
